How will I know my photos are ready?
You’ll be emailed once to confirm we’ve received your photos, and once again as soon as they’re complete.
What format do I send my photos?
We need your photos as JPG or PNG files between 1-20mb. This is plenty of resolution for both web use and printing up to A3 size. Larger files will slow upload and download speeds without a visible increase in quality. Adjust your camera settings to reduce the file size or you can resize existing photos which are too large .
If your Floorplan to be converted is in PDF format, this will need to be converted to JPG before uploading, you can convert your file here
When will I be charged for the work?
I’ll take the payments in Milestones
Will I retain copyright of my photos?
Yes.
